School of Nursing - Project Manager

Summary: 

D’Youville University and the Patricia H. Garman School of Nursing are excited to announce a new opportunity funded by a HRSA grant aimed at creating mobile nurse training units. We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee partner agreements, schedules, surveys, and correspondence for field placements and pop-up clinic sites. This role is crucial for maintaining records, collaborating with Financial Aid on scholarship distribution, managing stipends, purchasing supplies and office materials, and processing mileage reimbursements for scholars traveling to clinic sites. This is a year-round position that includes summer hours.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, public health administration, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Two years of work experience in systems planning, financial oversight, or a related area.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Access, and Electronic Health Records.
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal customer service skills are essential.

Pay: $57,000 - $65,000 Annually
